Drum Bagging System
Accessories

The Drum Bagging System consists of the following basic components.

• Rectangular mounting plate with enclosure ring and gasket for mounting to a glove box or enclosure.
• A means for inserting a bag into the enclosure ring: a lift cart on which a drum can be placed or an insertion tool that does not require a drum to operate.
• Bags with support rings and 'O' rings.

Optional accessories are available for specific requirements.

• A port seal cover to close the enclosure ring hole when not in use.
• A funnel to protect exposed bag surfaces when material is being loaded in to a bag.
• A rigid drum liner to protect the bag from sharp or heavy objects when being loaded.
• Simple push-button controls or more sophisticated electrical controls that can be integrated with overal process control systems.
