DDDTS - Open Port with Door Open DDDTS - Closed Port with Door Closed

The 55-Gallon Bagless Transfer System is an adaptation of the double-door transfer system for use with 55-gallon drums. The system uses the double-door sealing concept with the following additional features:

  • Powered drives for the port door and engagement mechanisms.
  • A protective funnel to cover exposed seals during transfer operations.
  • Non-oriented engagement of the drum to the port (the drum can be in any rotational orientation when mated to the port.)
  • Sensors and control system to allow automatic or semi-automatic operation.
  • A lifting and positioning system to locate the drum in proper relation to the port.
  • A drum lid assembly that will attach to any standard 55-gallon drum.
