Oval Enclosure System (Large)

CRL Large Oval Enclosure Systems are used as glove ports or windows. Glove ports feature a convoluted sleeve section with a replaceable hand glove in the end. Enclosure Rings are available in clamp-in or weld-in styles. You can find more information about Accessories.

Large Oval Enclosure Systems are also available where the glove sleeve is clamped to the Enclosure Ring using a wrap-around technique, rather than pushed in place. This style does not require a special tool or support ring to replace a glove sleeve, but the result is an inferior seal between the glove sleeve and Enclosure Ring, and containment is difficult to maintain during the replacement procedure.
