Rapid Transfer Port

RTP

The CRL Rapid Transfer Port (RTP) is a double-door transfer system designed with features inside the barrier that allow for easy cleaning. Optional features with this system include:

  • Four sizes: 105 mm, 190 mm, 270 mm, 350 mm
  • Mechanical interlocks to prevent improper operation of the port
  • Stainless steel or plastic port door
  • Hinged or hingeless door
  • Motor drives for operating the system automatically
  • A heater to sterilize the "ring of concern" (STP)
  • A sleeve which swings into place to protect the product from touching the seals or heater
  • Beta flanges in a variety of configurations and materials
  • A docker/unloader for automatic introduction of materials into a process isolator
